A MAN who allegedly stole a handbag from a woman will have his case heard at crown court after pleading not guilty before magistrates.
Mr James Hines, 23, Woldham Avenue, Driffield, is alleged to have stolen a hand bag and its contents from Megan Louise Wilson-Platten on March 11 in Driffield, Bridlington magistrates heard on Wednesday, July 25.
Presiding magistrate, Mrs Larard, committed the case to be heard at crown court on August 20, and granted Mr Hines conditional bail preventing him from contacting prosecution witesses.
